10. Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates are:

$8 USD standard shipping
Orders of $120 USD or more:
Free standard shipping
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the eligible merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.
11. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within:
1–3 business days
Our normal processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
Our daily order cutoff time is:

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on applicable holidays begin processing on the next business day.
After an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, estimated standard transit time is:

Liushagrace works with third-party logistics, fulfillment, and delivery providers to support customer orders.
The applicable fulfillment location, carrier, and delivery route may vary depending on inventory availability and destination.
These third-party providers perform logistics-related services only.
Liushagrace remains responsible for product sales, customer service, order assistance, eligible cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through our store.

Liushagrace does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Customer-responsible return shipping and non-refundable original shipping charges for change-of-mind returns are separate from restocking fees.

If you would like another size, color, style, or product, you may return the eligible original item according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.
A replacement provided as a resolution for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item is not considered a standard exchange.
